The Great Gig at Sony Hall, 10/09/26

GEORGIA THE GREAT begins with THE GREAT GIG!

Opening our 2026-2027 cultural season, Emolas Corporation brings internationally acclaimed Georgian artists of a new generation together at the iconic Sony Hall in New York on October 9, 2026, for an evening blending jazz, electronic music, improvisation, and creative freedom.

Sony Hall occupies one of New York's most storied performance spaces. Opened in 1938 in the basement of the Paramount Hotel as Billy Rose's Diamond Horseshoe, the room was among the most celebrated nightclubs of its era, famous for its lavish revues. It is credited with launching Gene Kelly's career. After decades as a private event space and an off-Broadway theater, it reopened in 2018 as Sony Hall and is now operated by Blue Note Entertainment Group as one of Midtown Manhattan's leading venues for live music.

Doors open at 7:30 PM.

Presented by Emolas Corporation.
